Orders shipped worldwide

Processing time

Orders will be dispatched between 2 - 3 days from ordering.

Transit time

Australian orders as sent via Australia Post and can take from experience 5 - 20 days (the longer time frame is unusual but we mention so you are fully aware of the occasional delay experienced with Aust Post)

International orders are generally delivered within a 10 - 30 day period.  There is no tracking for orders of one unit, all orders on 2+ units will receive tracking with email updates.

Shipping Cost

Australian postage FREE for one DVD purchased per order. If two or more DVDs are purchased then postage is upgraded to include a tracking number.

International Postage is a flat fee of $15.00 and includes a tracking number irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered and covers the following countries, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.

Countries outside these Zones, the cost is a flat fee of $27.50 and includes a tracking number

Non-receipt of order

Should for any reason your order does not arrive we will only considered a replacement postage once the expected time frames for transit have expired.

Faulty discs

Occasionally a disc is faulty for a multitude of reasons - if for any reason the DVD supplied does not work, please provide a description of the problem and we will arrange a replacement.  Best avenue to request replacement is via the email in contact us section.
